Rushcutters Bay NSW 2011
Rushcutters Bay is a picturesque Sydney harbourside eastern suburb 3 km from CBD. First known as Rush Cutting Bay because of all the rushes growing in the swamplands which were used for thatching houses, a large area (2.5 ha) was turned into Rushcutters Bay Park in 1878.
